My order has shipped.  Where is it?
Unfortunately, to keep shipping low, we use untracked shipping and once your order has shipped, we will not be able to tell you where it is. See the Shipping and Returns page for more information.  

Where you do ship?
We are currently shipping to Canada, US and 23 International countries.  Please contact us if you are unable to select your country and we can see what we can do.

What are the shipping timelines?

Is pick-up available?
Yes, if you select pick-up at check out, you will receive an email when your order if ready for pick-up.  Please bring your invoice number and ID with you when you pick-up.

Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns/refunds.  

If a product arrives damaged, please email within 7 days or receiving your order.  Include your invoice number, the nature of the damage and a photo of the damage and we will replace your damaged item.  See the Shipping and Returns page for more information.

Does "UNAVAILABLE" mean that the product is no longer available?
I make a limited number of earrings, but will work on restocking as the earrings sell-out.  If there are some that you would like to know when the re-stock will be available, please contact me for an ETA.
