Items bought on Clark & Clover are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
In the event your item arrives damaged or defected, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

We offer worldwide standard shipping. Standard shipping does not provide tracking.
After your order is placed there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you to that your order has been shipped.
